Mud Vac Equipment
Air powered suction and discharge system suitable for use in any potential explosive area or atmosphere. Suitable for the following applications: Oil, Sludge, Mud, Silt, Sea Water and other viscous materials. We are also ATEX approved.
Manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001 with ATEX accreditation on the Stainless Steel Units, the Jet-Vac® is a force to be reckoned with. Powerful, built to last.
Industrial vacuum and materials handling equipment manufactured from high quality stainless steel, complete with all welded stainless steel skid with certified lifting points at each corner. Also ground clearance stainless steel channels to accommodate fork lift truck handling.
A completely automated cycle to provide a suction and discharge operation. The holding tank capacity is approximately 100 litres fitted with a stainless steel mesh filter, also high and low level probes which are controlled by air operated magnetic level switches controlling the pilot air to either the vacuum pump for filling or the diaphragm pump for discharging. A range of anti static hoses and hand tool are available on request.
Our units have been operational in the worlds’ oilfields helping with the clean up on exploration sites and rigs in countries from: Baku, Dubai, India, Egypt, Tunisia, Abu Dhabi, Australia, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Angola, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Romania and Denmark, as well as the North Sea.
